dude climate change is about a lot more then just global warming.  warming is but a part of the whole picture thats what you seem to be not getting.  If a few scientists say global warming is at a stand still are we all supposed to blindly follow them?  Im sorry, I am with the vast majority of climate scientists that say our climate is changing, and we are in no small part the reason for it.  You call me and my friends dumb *****, but the truth of the matter is you are a blind shmuck who just wants to believe you can continue driving your hummers, running your whole house AC at full blast arctic, and buying all the un-needed plastic crap shipped here from 3rd world countries with insanely lax environmental and human rights regulations.  Tell you what, if you are so sure that we are not effecting the climate then you get to be the first of the necessary cull of excess population when the water we need to survive is too toxic to drink.

geez your are dense JClark...none of this says that global temperatures are declining...they are saying that they are not rising as fast as predicted...but they are still rising. And you see no possible negative consequences from a continued rise? The good thing is....what you believe or do not believe is not going to make a bit of difference. The fact that you do not even know the Repub position re govt is absurd.  Smaller govt.  Not the elimination of govt.  And letting govt do what it is supposed to do.  And emergency aid is one of those functions.
