No, I don't agree.
Simply put, I don't know why anyone would want to run two teams in one world if not to increase their chances of winning UNLESS it's just so the world can roll. If they run the teams independently, which would be EXTREMELY difficult, I don't see the problem. If one has 20m HS/0 college or a 20 ADV/0 ADV, there's probably something going on. But, if they have identical budgets, don't cross-reference everything, throw games to help the other or use one team to "set-up" a trade for the other, it's hard to think they're a problem.
Now, why do you think that someone who isn't cheating with an alias, in any way, is bad for a world?
