I think a strong argument could be made for the other player to be 2nd team pretty easy. Team performance will factor somewhat--and rightfully so. I think players from a better team get a little more rope. Still the reb, stls and asts play a significant role even without the team factor. IRL, Player B would have been the lowest of the three . What were the stats of the first teamer?
Well, the two relevant teams were 14-2 and 15-1, so both were obviously very successful. Minor, if any, advantage for the 15-1 guy. And the first-teamer was 14.8 PPG, 6.8 RPG, 1.6 APG, 1.4 BPG, 0.8 SPG on 48.9% shooting on an 11-5 team.
