There was a similar discussion about HBD not so long ago.

Some contend that an unrolled world is not revenue.   That the 30 teams that have been bought and paid for isn't "money" to WifS until the final 2 have been purchased.   I dare say that WifS uses that $750 before those last two vacancies are filled.   Or, at the very least, it's treated like revenue as soon as the credit card purchase is processed.

I do find it funny that BL understands the system but seems completely clueless as to how it's manipulated.

As I said yesterday, I think it's possible that he's the dumbest son of ***** on this site.
I'm dumb?

Tell us about how the government wouldn't have a deficit if it just sold more treasury bonds.

Go away child. You have nothing to add to this conversation.

Just that if the government was selling enough treasury bonds, there wouldn't be a deficit.

Treasury notes aren't funding the deficit,

By definition, nothing funds a deficit.
God. Damn. Mo. Ron.

Yes, you are quite dumb.   Without me, there is no conversation.

Anyway, I do believe I've begun to sound like the guy in the tinfoil hat.

I'm sure it's gone on forever but it seems more noticeable now.   The rhetoric and terminology coming from DC has annoyed me to no end.   The manipulation of the people, and the system, seems out of control.   And, right now, we have a do nothing government that spends all it's time pointing across the aisle rather than seeking a solution.  Leading it all is our doomsday President who backtracked from "the world will end" to "Well, you might not feel any pain for a week, a month or maybe a year but you'll feel it."   Seems to me that he's more intent on being right rather than doing right.

But the sheep will follow because he's good at selling his **** sandwiches.

Well, you don't understand how the system works, so I have a hard time believing that you have a handle on who's manipulating what.

Tec and I were having a conversation just fine before you started filling the thread with stupid.

We were?

Oh, that's right.

You were enlightening me how wasteful government spending was a good thing.

Carry on.

Yeah, you're right, you were explaining how wasteful government spending is a GOOD thing.   Why don't you continue down that path?   I'm not sure tec is convinced of that brilliant idea.

And, BTW, if you think the government needs to sell a treasury bond to keep spending, you really don't understand the system.    But don't get off track.   Please continue to explain how the government wasting $80 is better than the people getting that $80.

Sure. If the alternative is no spending at all, government spending, even if it's wasteful, is better for the economy.

That doesn't mean that the government shouldn't try to spend the money in good ways or that we wouldn't spend it better.

Still riding the stupid train, I see.

I'm glad my tax money can help the economy thru wasteful spending.    I'm gonna take matters into my own hands and demand my grocery store charge me double.
3/4/2013 9:45 AM
It's not tax money if we're talking about the deficit.
3/4/2013 9:53 AM
We're talking about wasteful spending by the govenment.  Which, according to you, is a good thing.   Are you even trying to keep up?
