I've always thought this site would do well to add a reward game. For instance, an additional non-conference game at a neutral site during the regular conference schedule in one of the open conference dates. Make up whatever parameters you want: prior season's performance, consecutive seasons in the NT (regardless of performance), probably set a minimum prestige, etc. Those having earned the reward would be given the opportunity to schedule or be randomly assigned the bonus game during conference play. Benefits could be assigned to playing in the games (e.g. curing loyalty or reputation defects...whatever), but that would add some interest for winning programs.
