Just to hit on a few of the many errors...

Public Education was widespread before the unions gained power.

The Whistleblower act took was after the unions started to lose power and had nothing to do with unions.

Social Security was passed by FDR and was something of his design. Not really a union issue.

While some of these can be attributed directly to Unions most can be challenged in some way.
