To insure the final pick of each round for the rest of the draft   I will pick the 67 Bunning.

1954 Robin Roberts $10.5 million (355 IP)
1940 Feller $11.9 million (337 IP)
1967 Bunning $9.4 million (303 IP)
There are\were a couple of hidden SP gems still out there but I always end up blowing too much money on unusable innings that this time I thought lets just sit at the bottom of the draft board and avoid using one of my nine tag a longs on a Starting pitcher.  Trouble is neither the Feller nor the Bunning I took have a tag a long and only Ashburn and Burgess came along with Roberts.  Bad for the first three picks of a draft.
