I agree that people will always complain, no matter what. That's pretty much always proven out on just about every possible front. My post was more geared toward the fact that WIS has a solid history of taking any problem they have and attempting to band-aid it rather than fix whatever is wrong. That is, if they will even admit to a problem in the first place.  Always the short-cut, never the longer road of addressing the problem in a direct manner.
