This is obviously proof that the programmers have added a Royce White complex into the game. .0000x% of players are just going to be psychos. This will be interesting.

this is correct, but for starts, nobody else can be considered, either.

The recruit in question is a Juco and is 40 miles away for him. So it's not like that much effort was necessary for him.

no surprise for a d3 school to be able to target a d2 juco 40 miles away, really. if the d2 coach spends more, he will get on the list...
