I would like to see the league go like this. Cover '60-'69 thru '00-'09, then '65-'74 thru '05-'14, a decade at a time. I think at a comfortable pace we would be on time for the '13-'14 roster release for the '05-'14 DDL #10. We're staring in the 80's for one reason...smokey really likes the 80's players best! So, pencil me in for the next two years....

Or somebody could start the SDL (Split Decade League), covering the '55-'64 thru ''05-14 decades. Just thinking with my fingers again. G'nite

Ok the designated scrubs are 1) '85-'86 Wallace Bryant, 2) 85-86 Nick Vanos & 3) 80-81 Jack Dorsey. If anybody had their heart set on one of these fine specimen's  just let me know.

Not sure I understand the idea of the 3 scrubs.  I think I would prefer just drafting 9 guys and let us all use any undrafted players to fill out the last 3 spots. 

The scrubs are for owners that draft 9 or 10 man teams, so they can opt out of the last 2-3 rounds of the draft. Your not actually meant to use the players. I set my filter for <35%FG and < 35def to find them. They may very well be the worse players of the decade.

Ok give me 2 teams.  Lets get this rolling!

Are these guys optional.  I usually fill my roster with $300 to 500 K players who still give me 2 or 3 quality mins. 

Yes, they are only an option. I most likely won't use them either, but just in case somebody wants to they can use them.

How far away are we from getting this rolling?

I hope pretty soon. We just need a few more owners. The Equal Opportunity draft is going, that's most likely slowing us down some. The league only has 5 teams left available, when a league get this close to going that in itself usually fills it. We'll see, with any luck, by the weekend.
