I believe it is just certain leagues that are crashing. That is why I am able to play some games and not others. I don't think it is anything to do with our own computers. Here is the ticket I just sent to admin. Let's see if they give a ****

The problem still exists. I play many live leagues and it seems that just certain leagues are not allowing live play. Two that I am unable to play games in are MLB107630 and MLB107204. Can you please try to figure this out and not just patty cake it and say it is resolved? These leagues have live games played minimums and if not resolved quickly some sort of refund is in order. I don't know if you care or realize it but many players are considering leaving the site. Do you Care?

tztrentmeyer or whatever his name is pops in on my game with gonzos twice. I ask him a question and he just leaves. I've had enough. Will take a few days off from here and playing live. If not resolved I will leave and not give my money anymore if they don't have a reasonable response. I suggest others do the same.

We have corrected the issue. It was due to 2014 prospects. Any team with prospects could run into the crash.

I'd guess it's someone else from support using tzentmeyer's ID. TZ always gave a damn, or at least acted as though he did, and recognized when some actualcustomer service was in order. There's certainly no apparent interest in such a quaint concept these days at WIS. Several times during the recent surge in Live crashes I've asked that someone from support take 15 seconds to post in the forum to let us know what's being done, if anything, or to let us know that nothing is being done for whatever reason, and have been politely blown off each time.

Or even acknowledged that there was an inconvenience caused by the problem. That's actually my biggest issue now. "No, we won't post anything because we don't have a solution." Or "Live is back up, thanks" in response to frustrated ticket after ticket that it's down.
