The ball is still hanging way, way up in the sky.

Sent a ticket asking support to please have someone post an update on what's going on with the game and what will be done to stabilize it. Hard to ask people to play 50-50 live games when it crashes every 18 hours.

Josh,

We added some logging to our production server early last week to help us track down this new problem. Started a few weeks ago, most likely due to some type of software update (not related to the game). We'll be digging in and trying to resolve. When we find the cause, we'll be posting in the forums.
