What are you looking for zbolton? Do you mean you'd like a couple of SIMs in conference (i.e.  a not-completely full conference)?

i mean id like the conference to be almost 100% full.... i'd be looking for a team that just lost 90% of their players so I could rebuild from scratch

My Crum conference, i.e. the Penn St. B job, sounds exactly what you're looking for! Too bad that world doesn't open again for a while.

You could do a lot worse than the CCIW, zbolton. Great group of guys, talented coaches, and royal pains in my postseason *** no matter how many times I've kicked theirs during the regular season.

Zbolton, Come join us in the CCIW. North Central sounds perfect for you. They have eight openings this year and two seniors so you will have the ability to rebuild the entire team from scratch in the next 2 to 3 years. We have a pretty active coaches corner. And we have plenty of extra recruiting money this year.

Opening in the Minnesota: St. Olaf with a B- prestige, a balanced class structure, and an entirely human-recruited roster.

Rare opportunity: 3 openings in the Midwest Conference. Carroll, Illinois, and DePauw.

one more school available in the CCIW. Northland has 7 open scholly's, + $4000 in extra recruiting money. Plays a motion /press; perfect opportunity for a rebuild in a competitive region & conference.

Come join the Midwest!  Three openings, one of which  is a team in very good shape (Carroll).  The right coach takes this team to the postseason next season for sure.  The other two (Illinois and DePauw) both need a little care, but could be tourney bound in two seasons.  Lots of long time coaches, active coaches corner, very competitive.  Come join us!

The Carroll job in the Midwest conference is a great opportunity.  Will certainly contend for the NT and is set up very well for the future.  Here's the team:
