I am always tweaking the #sI believe that how much it takes to get considered is related to how highly ranked the recruit is and how highly rated your school is. If Kentucky makes a small effort on a kid who is just a one star it is easier to get him to consider than if the Little Sisters of the Poor try.

Think of it this way, your effort equates to some sort of numerical value. The value chart is something like this: Phone call= 2 Letters =3 ST= 60 HV= 150 CV= 350 Scholarship= 250 Promised Start= 250 Promised minutes= 5 * minutes promised Those aren't right but they are in the ball park. You have to accumulate so many points before a recruit considers you. It's probably somewhere around 400 using those values.
