I'll go with the guy who had the greatest cup of coffee ever ... John Paciorek, 1963 Houston Colts.  Of course, perhaps his performance could be discounted a bit since it came against the 1963 Mets.  It may take a bit of time to assemble my team, since the two clubs had almost 90 players between them ...
