The A.L. is full (unless somebody wants to switch leagues, as long as there is an open slot at the position).

Rule clarification please.  Since I am in the American League I can use Roger Maris as one of my thirteen teammates even though he is an unique player but he is in the National league.  Correct?

Correct. Each league is separate and what happens in the other league iis irrelevant.

During the draft, are all the player seasons still available all on the board at once? Or is each round dedicated to only on player? If the latter, what determines which the order of players?
