Exclusive Franchise league post WWII-here are the rules

Your entire pitching staff must come from a 10 year window for your franchise. 
Your entire IF (including C) must be from a 5 year window for your franchise.
Your entire OF must be from a 3 year window for your franchise.

The 10 year window does NOT have to be a decade, like the "70"s, it can be from 1955-1964.

IF and OF qualifications must be a season in which the player is listed at that position for the year chosen when searching the database, including secondary positions. 

$90M cap
DH-Yes, both leagues.  You can place an "extra" IF or OF here, but the player still must be in the same window with your other IFs or OFs.

No twists. 
No clones
No  AAA, WW,  SLL,restrictions.trades, injuries=off
Stadium:franchise stadium
alignment-as close to RL as possible

I'll pick my franchise 10th.

Ok, league is filling fast, 7 teams already. 

Welcome aboard  yargespd1, talisman25, specsman, antoncreston, pick1or2 and cards84.

I've been doing some research in building teams and I think the $90m cap makes for a very level playing field.  Even "expansion" teams like the Padres and Mets can put together some very nice teams that are limited by the cap.
