Not just a banana slug, but it's a banana slug reading Plato.  It's a brainy and philosophical banana slug.  Very nice.

Rhodes 57   #15 Emory 66
At around seven minutes left in the first half Emory turned on the defense and went on a run to end the half with a 10 point lead.  Rhodes worked hard throughout the second half and finally tied the game at 48 with just over five minutes left.  And then Judge Emory brought the gavel down and went all "objection overruled!" on the pretend trial Lynxes to outscore them 18-9 the rest of the way.  Oh the mock trial program jokes, they never get old.  Emory and phalla were led by Timothy Lane's 19 points, stay perfect in conference play, and move up a couple notches in the rankings.  Meanwhile, Rhodes will go back home to their My Cousin Vinny marathon viewings.

Also considered: #12 Palm Beach Atlantic held on for a narrow 59-57 win over #16 Oglethorpe, #4 Wisconsin Superior edged Concordia in OT 80-77, #7 Piedmont downed North Carolina Wesleyan 82-74, and Penn St. Altoona fell at Elizabethtown 81-71.

Sim blowout watch: Albertus Magnus definitely does not get two covers in a row but instead become an official sim blowout victim to #11 Johnson and Wales 42-119.  Wisconsin Lutheran did much better by covering at #24 Northland 57-93.

ITaLRbHAGotN: It was a thriller in the North Coast conference with Denison's Eric Vasbinder splitting the doubleteam and nailing a 3ptr with just six seconds left in regulation to send the game to overtime at 77-77.  In the extra session, Wittenberg was simply unstoppable and powered to a key 96-88 conference victory.  Wittenberg and darnoc had four starters in double figures including two with over twenty and the Tigers keep pace for a division title.  Denison and derek got a huge 31 points from Eric Vasbinder but it wasn't enough to avoid their third conference loss, Big Red will have some work to do like a certain other team I know in the North Coast.

GotN
#7 Piedmont (13-2)(bunkerbuster) at #16 Oglethorpe (12-3)(getiguy)
Look everyone, it's another USA South matchup between ranked teams!  Piedmont looks to stay undefeated in conference play while Oglethorpe needs this one to keep pace with the division leaders.  The odds-makers have the visitors as a 2 point favorite.

Also considered: #25 Southwestern at #8 Ozarks, #9 Hamline at Macalester, North Carolina Wesleyan at #12 Palm Beach Atlantic, and #13 Rivier at W. New England.

Sim blowout watch: Wisconsin Whitewater is a 78 point home dog as they host #4 Wisconsin Superior and a couple teams are 64 point underdogs: Widener hosting #5 Susquehanna and California Santa Cruz at #20 Colorado

ITaLRbHAGotN

Last Night
#4 Piedmont 89   Oglethorpe 84
Home team Oglethorpe had a solid first half to open up a 10 point at the break, a gap that Piedmont rallied to quickly close in the second.  The rest of the second half was a very close back-and-forth affair with neither team pulling away.  Finally with just over a minute remaining Piedmont edged in front and then locked down the defense to hold on for a 5 point win.  Piedmont and bunkerbuster got a huge 26 points from starting point guard Mike Caroll to stay perfect in conference play and move up into the top five in the rankings.  Oglethorpe and getiguy fall to .500 in the conference and down into the others receiving votes section.

Also considered: #22 Southwestern took advantage of two missed free throws at the end and got a layin with just one second on the clock to stun #10 Ozarks 66-65, #8 Hamline scored a key cross-divisional win by beating Macalester 91-74, North Carolina Wesleyan upended #14 Palm Beach Atlantic 63-53, and W. New England upset #16 Rivier 69-60.

Sim blowout watch: Wisconsin Whitewater covered solidly against #6 Wisconsin Superior 50-80 as did both 64 point underdogs: Widener against #7 Susquehanna 60-106 and California Santa Cruz vs #25 Colorado 48-75

ITaLRbHAGotN: The unstoppable Gorloks of Webster were too much for Aurora to handle (or they were too confused trying to figure out what a Gorlok was) and Webster pulled away in the second half secure a key 77-60 victory.  Webster and mschulte had three players in double figures and stay undefeated in conference play atop the division.  Aurora and jbra shot well from the floor but were doomed by 20 turnovers and suffer their second loss of the conference season.

GotN
#6 Wisconsin Superior (14-2)(thbro) at #20 Wisconsin Oshkosh (13-2)(irishdomer)
This is a huge battle in the Wisconsin conference as the two ranked, undefeated division leaders face off for their only matchup of the season.  Both teams have division-mates right behind them in the standings with one loss so the loser here might fall into a tie for first place.  This is the first meeting between these two coaches and the visitors are favored by 2 points.  Should be a good one.

Also considered: Austin at #2 Hardin-Simmons, #3 Trinity at Louisiana, #9 S. Vermont at Suffolk, and #13 Emory at Millsaps

Sim blowout watch: And we have a new record as one-win Swarthmore is getting a hefty 93 points as they make a most likely rough visit to undefeated and #1 Ursinus.  The next highest spread is almost half as much as repeat-performer Chestnut Hill is a 49 point road dog at #19 St. Mary's.

ITaLRbHAGotN
It's a 2 for 1 special!

Desales (10-6)(Sim AI) at Carnegie Mellon (11-5)(Sim AI)
These two Freedom conference division leaders are both 5-1 in conference and this is their cross-divisional matchup.  The other sims in the conference are a couple games back so this game might determine who finishes with the best record in the league.

Castleton St. (9-7)(Sim AI) at Thomas (16-0)(Sim AI)
Another sim battle, this time in the North Atlantic conference again between divisional leaders.  Both teams are undefeated in conference play and Thomas is one of our five remaining undefeated teams on the season.

Last Night
#10 Wisconsin Superior 73   #18 Wisconsin Oshkosh 76
It was an exciting, close game throughout with both teams holding leads.  At around seven minutes left Oshkosh started to pull away with a few key defensive stops and a couple clutch 3ptrs.  Superior made a couple 3's of their own to attempt a comeback but Oshkosh was able to hold on for the big cross-divisional victory.  Oshkosh and irishdomer stay undefeated in conference play, laid claim to the top spot in the Wisconsin conference, and got bumped up a couple spots in the rankings.  Superior and thbro were dealt their first conference loss and slip down a few spots in the rankings.

Also considered: New #1 Hardin-Simmons apparently really impressed the voters with a big 79-63 win over Austin, #3 Trinity got a key victory over Louisiana 68-60, #7 S. Vermont handled Suffolk 70-55, and #12 Emory kept rolling by downing Millsaps 63-48.

Sim blowout watch: Swarthmore easily covered against #2 Ursinus 50-75 which was enough to knock them out of the #1 ranking while Chestnut Hill lost big at #24 St. Mary's 39-69.

ITaLRbHAGotN: Desales now holds the best record in the Freedom conference thanks to their solid 63-58 win at Carnegie Mellon and looks to be in good shape for a division title run.  Over in the North Atlantic, Thomas stayed among the nation's unbeaten teams with an 11 point home victory over Castleton St. 92-81.

GotN
#21 Colorado (14-3)(bdpoor) at Occidental (16-0)(halfakracka)
We have a huge clash in the Southern California between perfect-in-conference division leaders.  Ranked Colorado looks to stay ahead of their divisional rivals as the travel to undefeated Occidental.  What makes this game even more interesting is that it's a battle of Tigers against Tigers.  bdpoor won the only previous meeting between these two but the home team is favored by a single point in this one.  Personally, I think it's obvious that the Tigers are going to win.

Also considered: Shenandoah at #4 Piedmont, #7 S. Vermont at Newbury, #14 Rivier at Emmanuel, #18 Wisconsin Oshkosh at Wisconsin La Crosse.

Sim blowout watch: Mary Hardin-Baylor gets their chance to knock down the top ranked team in the nation as they get 58 points at #1 Hardin-Simmons in a battle of hyphenated names.  Meanwhile, Augsburg is a 53 point home dog against #8 Hamline.

ITaLRbHAGotN
Muskingum (16-1)(Sim AI) at John Carroll (11-6)(whit6r)
Both of these teams are 7-0 in conference and leading their divisions by a couple games.  In this one, the Blue Streaks host the Fighting Muskies of Muskingum.  First off, love the name Muskingum, that just sounds funny.  Then they have the Fighting Muskies, which if you're not aware is a type of fresh water fish.  You should check out the picture of their mascot, I give it high marks.  Anyway, John Carroll and whit6r are favored by a single point in this one and whoever wins will have the advantage for best record in the conference.
7/21/2013 12:33 PM
Sorry this is a bit late, I was traveling today.  So, Ursinus is back as our top ranked team and we're down to four undefeated teams and two winless teams.

Last Night
#17 Colorado 72   Occidental 59
Occidental was in front for large portions of the first half and held a 3 point lead at the half, but Colorado turned on the defense and kept up the offensive pressure to own the second half.  Occidental was held to 27.5% shooting in the second half and they fell at home by 13.  Colorado and bdpoor had three starters in double-figures to secure a key conference win while Occidental and halfakracka suffer their first conference loss.  I told you the Tigers would win.

Also considered: #4 Piedmont got past Shenandoah 81-71, #6 S. Vermont handled Newbury 81-69, Emmanuel got a free throw with three seconds left to stun #23 Rivier 51-50, and #13 Wisconsin Oshkosh edged Wisconsin La Crosse 69-65.

Sim blowout watch: I was sorta kidding about knocking their opponent out of the top spot but apparently losing by exactly the 58 point spread to #2 Hardin-Simmons affected the voters enough to make it happen.  The final score was 56-114.  Augsburg did a little better and covered against #11 Hamline 53-97.

ITaLRbHAGotN: John Carroll was ahead at the half by 6 but fell behind Muskingum midway through the second.  They were able to right the ship though and scored just enough down the stretch to fend off the Fighting Muskies 69-64.  John Carroll and whit6r stay undefeated in conference and in the driver's seat for the best record in the league.

GotN
#10 Ozarks (14-3)(spike101) at #16 Emory (14-3)(phalla)
We had a matchup of tigers yesterday and tonight we have a University conference battle between eagles.  Ozarks and spike will be trying to stay in the top ten and keep pace with their division leaders while defending champ Emory will also be defending their top spot in the divisional standings.  I'll go for two correct GotN predictions in a row and pick the Eagles in a close one.

Also considered: #21 Rhodes at Centre, #22 Ramapo at Montclair St, #23 Rivier at Suffolk, and Ohio Wesleyan at #24 Wittenberg.

Sim blowout watch: Methodist is getting a solid 67 points at home against #4 Piedmont while Hood is a 52 point home dog against #25 St. Mary's.

ITaLRbHAGotN
Utica (9-9)(doc00017) at Vassar (15-3)(theriddler)
Here we have a key divisional rematch between Empire 8 foes that will put the winner in prime position to secure a conference title.  Vassar and theriddler won the earlier game between these two but slipped up in another conference road game, now they're tied at 7-1 in the conference.  Utica and doc need this one to split the season series and take a one game lead for the division.  Should be a good one between the visiting Pioneers and the home team Brewers who are favored by 5.
7/22/2013 11:39 PM
Keep up the good work!

Last Night

#11 Ozarks 39   #14 Emory 41
Ozarks got the ball with just ten seconds on the clock and down by 2.  The refs called a controversial foul on the home team with just one second left to send Ozarks to the line.  Unfortunately for them though, Robert Serio missed the front end of the one-and-one, the offensive rebound couldn't be put back in time, and Emory went into the halftime break with a slim 41-39 lead.  Wait... that was the final score, not halftime?  Oh, my bad.  I guess that's what happens when both teams run slowdown, shoot under 40% from the field, and hit a combined 3-14 from 3.  Emory and phalla's James Beers was the leading scorer in this offensive shootout with an impressive 10 points, as they stay atop their division and keep slowly climbing the rankings.  Ozarks and spike fall back to .500 in the conference and slip just out of the top ten.  And I look like a genius again by correctly predicting and Eagle victory.  So smart.

Also considered: #20 Rhodes got past Centre 67-60, #19 Ramapo handled Montclair St. 67-58, Suffolk made a jumper as time expired to stun Rivier 51-49, and #18 Wittenberg cruised to a 71-49 win over Ohio Wesleyan.

Sim blowout watch: Methodist did a decent job of covering against #5 Piedmont 57-98 same as Hood against St. Mary's 55-85.

ITaLRbHAGotN: The Matthew Vassar ale was flowing deep into the night in Poughkeepsie, after Vassar opened up a huge lead in the first half and cruised in the second half to a 75-58 victory over Utica.  Vassar and theriddler had three players in double figures and now hold a one game lead in the division and own the first tie-breaker.  Utica and doc were lead by Leslie Schmucker's 17 points and completely awesome last name, but now they'll need some help to finish in first place.

GotN
Penn St. Altoona (14-4)(frankgrimes1) at #6 Susquehanna (17-2)(zeuspole)
The Lions of Penn St. Altoona trail the Susquehanna Crusaders by one game in the Commonwealth conference standings but this is the first of two meetings of these teams in the next three days.  frank has a sizable lead in the head-to-head series at 37-19 but zeus' team at home is favored by 4 points.  The division title will probably be decided in these couple games, round one is tonight.

Also considered: #20 Rhodes at #11 Ozarks, Southwestern at #2 Trinity, #7 Johnson and Wales at W. New England, Rivier at #10 S. Vermont, Greensboro at #17 Palm Beach Atlantic, and #21 Willamette at E. Oregon.

Sim blowout watch: Lincoln is a 57 point home dog as they host #1 Ursinus and Schreiner goes on the road against #4 Texas Lutheran, getting 46 points.

ITaLRbHAGotN
I couldn't decide between two games so let's just do them both.

Illinois Wesleyan (10-9)(bunting10) at Northland (17-2)(raucous)
Northland is 9-0 in conference play and this cross divisional matchup is one of two tricky-looking games left on the schedule.  Illinois Wesleyan is a game off the lead in their division so a win here would help them stay in the race there.  raucous has won all three games between these two coaches and the home team is favored by 13 tonight.

Mount St. Mary (12-6)(bstevens07) at US Merchant Marines (13-5)(lynchmob1)
Similar story here as the Mariners are undefeated in conference and this looks to be their most difficult game remaining.  bstevens trails the series 4-10 and the visitors are getting 2 points tonight.
7/23/2013 4:56 PM
Ursinus and Hardin-Simmons continue their dance atop the rankings, today Hardin-Simmons is #1.

Last Night
Penn St. Altoona 51   #6 Susquehanna 61
PSA got out to an early lead and stayed in front until the home team pulled in front in the last couple minutes of the first half.  The second half was more of the same close back-and-forth action until PSA got stuck on 49 points for most of the last six minutes of the game.  Susquehanna took advantage to pull ahead and then make the free throws to close out a 10 point victory.  Susquehanna and zeuspole stay undefeated in conference and open up a two game lead while Penn St. Altoona and frankgrimes will go back to the drawing board and get ready for the rematch tomorrow night.

Also considered: #18 Rhodes made just enough free throws to hang on to a 71-69 win over #14 Ozarks, Southwestern scored a huge upset on the road over #3 Trinity 69-64, #7 Johnson and Wales handled W. New England 79-69, #25 Rivier got a clutch jump hook in the paint with one second left to break the hearts of #10 S. Vermont 68-67, #19 Palm Beach Atlantic got past Greensboro 83-73, and #21 Willamette downed E. Oregon 73-67.

Sim blowout watch: Lincoln easily covered against #2 Ursinus 56-82 but nothing was easy for Schreiner as they very nearly got tripled up by #5 Texas Lutheran and became official blowout victims 43-124.

ITaLRbHAGotN: #24 Northland and raucous stayed perfect in the CCIW with a solid 67-60 win over Illinois Wesleyan and bunting.  Northland's Gilbert Stanley led all scorers with 21 points.  Over in the Skyline conference, US Merchant Marines and lynchmob is also still undefeated in conference after hanging on for the 49-45 victory over Mount St. Mary and bstevens.  It was a low scoring affair with only one player in double figures and both teams shooting under 40% from the floor.  The Mariners are now three games clear in the conference standings.

GotN
#14 Ozarks (14-5)(spike101) at #3 Trinity (18-2)(bobmeyer)
We have another University conference battle between ranked teams as Trinity looks to maintain their lead atop the divisional standings.  They won the first game by 10 points at Ozarks so spike's team will be looking for some revenge.  bobmeyer trails the series 6-8 and the home team is favored by 2 points.

Also considered: #2 Ursinus at Dickinson, North Carolina Wesleyan at #4 Piedmont, Louisiana at #13 Emory, #23 Chapman at Whitworth, and #25 Rivier at Newbury

Sim blowout watch: Pittsburgh Greensburg is getting 57 points as they visit #6 Susquehanna while Mary Hardin-Baylor is a 50 point road dog at #5 Texas Lutheran.

ITaLRbHAGotN
Simpson (14-5)(dshook30) at Buena Vista (15-4)(westcoast22)
The two human controlled teams in the Iowa conference meet for their annual cross-divisional battle.  Buena Vista looks to stay undefeated in conference play and they favored by 2 points at home.
7/24/2013 3:14 PM
The voters are so fickle, Ursinus is back at #1 today.

Last Night
#18 Ozarks 56   #3 Trinity 67
The Trinity defense smothered Ozarks in the first half and limited them to just 14 points on 21% shooting before the break, resulting in a Trinity 15 point halftime lead.  Ozarks made a run early in the second to close the game to within 3 but Trinity rallied again to reestablish the big lead and coast to an 11 point win.  Trinity and bobmeyer were led by Frank Stuart's 21 points and with the win hold stead atop the divisional standings and the top three in the national rankings.  Ozarks and spike had three starters with 11 points and they fall a few places in the rankings after the loss.

Also considered: #1 Ursinus get past Dickinson 92-82 to stay undefeated on the year and reclaim the top ranking, #4 Piedmont handled North Carolina Wesleyan 81-74, Louisiana upset the defending champs #17 Emory 72-64, #22 Chapman pulled away in OT to beat Whitworth 83-76, and #21 Rivier cruised past Newbury 67-44.

Sim blowout watch: Pittsburgh Greensburg became another sim blowout victim as they lost to #6 Susquehanna 46-109 and Mary Hardin-Baylor avoided that fate by covering at #5 Texas Lutheran 62-99.

ITaLRbHAGotN: Newly ranked #23 Buena Vista was down by 8 to Simpson at the break but eventually clawed back to even things later in the second half.  They managed to get a few key defensive stops and held on for the 7 point home victory.  Buena Vista and westcoast stay undefeated in conference with the win and boosted themselves up into the top 25.  Simpson and dshook still lead their division and will be looking for some payback in the conference tournament.  And donuts.  And beer.

GotN
#10 Wisconsin Oshkosh (18-2)(irishdomer) at Concordia (14-7)(bk41129)
The Titans from Oshkosh put their perfect conference record on the line as they visit the Falcons of Concordia in a Wisconsin conference cross-divisional date.  With a win here Oshkosh would almost be a lock for finishing atop their division but Concordia needs a win here to keep pace in their division race where they're two games back.  This is the first meeting of these two coaches and the visitors are favored by 6.

Also considered: #17 Emory at #15 Rhodes, #6 Susquehanna at Penn St. Altoona, Oglethorpe at #24 Palm Beach Atlantic, and E. Oregon at #25 Willamette

Sim blowout watch: Albertus Magnus is getting 69 points as they visit #7 Johnson and Wales while Lincoln is a 58 point road dog against #1 Ursinus

ITaLRbHAGotN
Goucher (15-5)(Sim AI) at St. Mary's of Maryland (21-0)(tardhesticle)
Over in the Capital conference St. Mary's is one of our four undefeated teams left in the country and this is probably the toughest game left on their schedule.  They're favored by 5 points at home in this cross-divisional matchup and a win here should set them up for a perfect run through the regular season.  Goucher College's mascot is the gopher, that made me laugh a little for some reason.  Goucher Gophers.  Just say it a bunch of times in your head...

Take JDub to cover tonight.  That Albertus Magnus team is turrible and they have the misfortune of running FB/Press to make it even worse.

I'm getting tired of pointing out Hardin-Simmons and Ursinus trading the #1 ranking back and forth but they did again.

Last Night
#17 Wisconsin Oshkosh 74   Concordia 76
The home team Falcons trailed by double digits for large portions of the game last night but with about eight minutes left in the game they woke up.  First they scored 8 straight to pull within 5 and then a minute later another 8 points to move into the lead by 1.  The two teams went back and forth for a few minutes until two Concordia free throws with just over a minute left put them ahead for good.  A missed Oshkosh shot, a turnover, and three more freebies by Concordia sealed the 2 point upset at home.  Concordia and bk had two starters with 20+ points to lead them to victory while Oshkosh and irishdomer slip out of the top ten and now only have a one game lead in their division.

Also considered: #14 Emory bounced back with a win over #23 Rhodes 81-74, #5 Susquehanna blew out Penn St. Altoona 81-47, Oglethorpe got a 3ptr right before the buzzer sounded to shock Palm Beach Atlantic 66-65, and #24 Willamette handled E. Oregon 72-60.

Sim blowout watch: Lowly one-win Albertus Magnus lost by ONLY 59 points at #8 Johnson and Wales causing an outbreak of massive rioting and looting all across campus.  Riot police and the national guard were called in to restore calm and the governor of Rhode Island has promised a full independent investigation into the shocking cover by the visitors.  Lincoln easily covered against #2 Ursinus and there were no reports of civil disobedience.

ITaLRbHAGotN: St. Mary's kept the winning streak chugging along with a relatively easy victory over Goucher 81-68.  Looking at their schedule, St. Mary's and tardhesticle should be heavily favored in all four of their remaining games and will be hoping to enter the post-season still undefeated.

GotN
#13 S. Vermont (16-5)(funngun10) at #18 Rivier (16-6)(jack_duck)
The GotN hasn't visited the GNE for a few days so we're probably past-due.  The West division has a bit of a logjam at the top with two teams with three losses and another two teams with four losses so the two conference tourney seeds here are completely up for grabs.  Rivier got a huge road win on a last-second shot in the first game a few days ago and S. Vermont will be looking to return the favor.  jack owns the series between these two 20-5 and his team is favored by 1 point at home tonight.

Also considered: #3 Trinity at #25 Southwestern, Elizabethtown at #5 Susquehanna, and Wisconsin La Crosse at #7 Wisconsin Superior

Sim blowout watch: New Jersey City is getting 46 points on the road at #10 Ramapo while California Tech is a 39 point road dog at #15 Colorado

You wanna know what's not fun?  Losing back to back games on buzzer beaters...
7/27/2013 11:14 PM
I just looked at the pbp for those two games.  No, that did not look fun.  At least you didn't lose on a buzzer beater last night, right?  Progress?  (sorry, I'll shut up)

7/28/2013 10:32 AM
So yeah, sorry I missed a day yesterday.  I assure you it was for good reasons, it involved a charcoal smoker, a bacon-wrapped pork loin and a stuffed leg of lamb.  Eating has priority over simulated basketball, that's just the way it is.

So let's just pretend that I posted this yesterday and you're just reading it late.  What, you're too important to read my posts in a timely fashion?  I work really hard on these and the least you could do is read them the same day I write them.  Jeez, you have some nerve.

Last Night
S. Vermont 50   #14 Rivier 58
Rivier scored 8 straight to end the first half with a 10 point lead and they never looked back.  Rivier and jack_duck had three starters in double figures and this was a key victory in their quest for a division title.  S. Vermont and funngun will look to finish the conference season strong and maybe get some revenge in the conference tourney.

Also considered: #20 Southwestern pulled off the upset over #4 Trinity 62-57, #5 Susquehanna handled Elizabethtown 71-62, and #7 Wisconsin Superior had no problems with Wisconsin La Crosse 88-56.

Sim blowout watch: New Jersey City covered against #13 Ramapo 45-73 as did California Tech at #15 Colorado 56-77.

ITaLRbHAGotN: The Gorloks of Webster ate Westminster for dinner in a 91-49 beatdown.  Let's just face it, the Gorloks are an unstoppable force that everyone should fear.  Webster and mschulte are undefeated in conference play and have a five game lead in the division race.  Gorloks, man... Gorloks.

GotN
#16 Ozarks (15-6)(spike101) at #24 Southwestern (17-6)(hoopcoach07)
Another University battle between ranked teams, it seems like there's been one of these every other day.  Southwestern is fighting for a division title and Ozarks is chasing a high postseason seed.  The record between these two coaches is tied at 6 and the home team is favored by a single point, should be a good one.

Also considered: Louisiana at #5 Trinity, #13 Emory at Centre, W. New England at #17 Rivier, Suffolk at #19 S. Vermont.

Sim blowout watch: One win Swarthmore is getting a huge 87 points when they host #2 Ursinus and Wisconsin Whitewater is a 55 point road dog at #14 Wisconsin Oshkosh.

ITaLRbHAGotN
US Coast Guard (17-6)(Sim AI) at SUNY Cortland (20-2)(cuck)
This is a cross divisional battle between first place teams in the SUNY conference.  Both teams have divisional rivals close behind in the standings so they both need the win here to stay in front.  The home team is favored by 2 points.
