What is a good athleticism/defense for d3?
if you don't count walkons I have 50 athleticism and 51 defense team average.

That's good but not great.  I shoot for 60/60.   It usually doesn't happen but 55/60 is elite in my opinion.

Also,  if you play man, averages mean less.  If you have four guys at 70 and one at 45, that's an average of 65 but I am attacking the 45 guys with my best scorer.
