I think there are two times in the decision tree where a turnover can occur. The first is early, something like does the offense get a shot off. The 2nd time is individual. After the sim decides who will shoot, then it decides ifwho the shooter shoots or turn the allover. I suspect the first one is team based with many factors. The 2nd is probably based on athletic and ball handling.
