Each position player must be between 2.0mil - 10.0mil, with two exceptions
the two exceptions are two position players who may be any value
Pitchers must be 2.0mil or more in value (no maxium)
each pitcher must have a HR/9 of .75 or higher
each pitcher must have a OAVE of .230 or higher
Barry Bonds is blacklisted
all teams will use Coor's Field as home ballpark
