Made it to the S16
I had planned on leaving this season, but another coach or two is joining the conference so I will hang around a bit more.
I lost focus / interest back there when I recruited a class or two and this team really didn't get my full attention.
S16 is really about as good as they deserved. We do have an A+ to recruit with and several openings... so I may make one more run at it.

This team really has no stud players, due to my lack of interest in recruiting several seasons back.
My D3 title teams have all had at least 1 or 2 700 rated studs on them to lead the way.
This team turned into an experiment in just recruiting Ath, Spd, and def to run the press and having 10 inter-changable parts.
Most of my recruiting was done after signings began... just by scouting states and siging guys who fit the M/O of what I wanted.
With no real scoring threats, we just lived off of turn-overs amd lay-ups.
