Then how is that different than a WC???
...it could ONLY apply to teams that have already been picked?  these are all just hypothetical ideas at this point for future versions.  We can put all of the possible options on the table (including NO Skip Cards & NO Changes) and then do a few poll questions to see what appeals to the majority of people- especially after we've gone through a full 25 Round draft here.  I think the way it's set up now with a Team Pick, Wild Card, and Reverse is fine, but I'm up for any tweaks or additions if they are voted in...
