It doesn't matter whether picks have been made. Once 1:30 rolls around, the Reverse can no longer be played for the 1:00 pick.
Are you sure? I would think that as along as no pick has been made by anyone after the reverse that the reverse could be played. For instance, mikemundt still has his reverse and I hope to give him every opportunity to play it rather than take a $3 million scrub from the Toledo Maumees. Now, I might very well wind up with a $3 million scrub from another team, but I'm willing to take that chance.

The rule is pretty black and white as its written, a reverse cannot be played once your timeslot has passed

Precisely. But with no reverses between my pick and mikemundt's, he could reverse now unless he chooses a player who also has a season with the Maumees. That's why markdidonato sent a proxy for his reverse, to avoid missing his time slot. That's also a reason I played my reverse as soon as I could, so mikemundt would have plenty of time to plan and proxy a reverse.

He already did his REVERSE on page 76 with the CALIFORNIA ANGELS Moser made his pick I was next and I picked TIM SALMON
