Tough call.
I'd go with the position player at #1. the fact that he's a switch hitter helps his values greatly, as does his speed. He's a .280/.360/.520 monster who will steal 25+ bases a year and play gold glove defense at 3b.
I usually would say go with the pitcher, but I'd put him 2nd. For some reason, starters with only 3 pitches tend to underperform. As do pitchers with velocity under 20. He will be a good pitcher, but the position player has a chance to be a MVP.
