I've never made a league before but I hope this is a good one. $52 million cap, with a few of the more obvious players blacklisted:

Jason Kidd (all seasons)
Michael Jordan (all seasons)
Lebron James (all seasons)
Dennis Rodman (all seasons)
Wilt Chamberlain (all seasons)
Moses Malone (1978-79)
Steve Novak (2011-12)

No clones, WW, rookies. Hopefully should be fun. Something a little different.
