im personally a bit surprised he gained that much this season with passing starting so low. but anyway, seems he is right around on track to fall 5-10 points short of the goals TJ set out to me. will be interesting to see how close he comes, and how his improvement changes next year, with less room to grow, but more work ethic. my guess is he gains at least as much next season. off season could hurt a bit too... lot of luck in that

DEF: 75 ( probably will get to 64)

LP: 40 (probably will stay at 30)
PER:20 (probably will stay at 24)
BH:30 (probably will stay at 30)
PASS: 30 (probably could get to 30 but will not be emphasizing it anymore)
