Mutatis mutandis is a Latin phrase meaning "changing [only] those things which need to be changed" and the current situation is the same. 'experiment' to 'team'.

going to try the strategy that i used in the 80s draft at pg find the guy with the best A/T ratio that doesn't have to many negitives hello Pooh Richardson

Been watching that guy for a couple rounds now.  Not many 3s to speak of and his efficiency could be higher at that usage, but overall better than I expected.  He definitely belongs in this league.
