This season each owner will choose a franchise and draft all his hitters from that franchise. You may use any hitter in the franchise's history. Franchise are not exclusive and may be used by multiple owners.

Your pitchers do not need to come from the same franchise as long as they are from 1950-2012.

Remember, American League franchises didn't exist before 1901. All pre- 1901 teams are part of a NL franchise or a defunct franchise. See http://www.baseball-reference.com/teams/ to verify your franchise's history.

This is a public league, so it's first come, first serve.

Cap is $150M

No clones, WW, AAA, or trades,

DH is used in both leagues.

Your stadium must be from your franchise.

Live play, next series only.

I will go with the Philadelphia Phillies!  Can teams from the same franchise be at least put in different divisions, if not diff leagues?
