How is that stopping you from making a decision? If you know the world will not fill, you leave. It is simple.

I've sat waiting for Joey Belle for months. Nothing has changed. Public, private, marketing, etc. Nothing is working. If I was running WIS, I would advise the owners it will be closing the world and they have the ability to find another world of their choice.

If I was running WIS I would advise people upset that their world isn't filling to look for better worlds. But, I wouldn't take away their option to sit an wait and hope that the season they paid for might get played. Why would I want to take away options for my customers to pay me?

What is the harm in somoene waiting for months for their world to fill?   They have the option to move at any time.   If they're comfortable doing nothing, let them do it.
By taking away a world you like, for whatever reason, they're telling their customer base "This product is unstable.   It might not be here in a week.  Or a month."   Is that a way to sell your product?

It's stopping people from making a decision to stay and wait it out.  Because under your scenario, there's nothing to wait on after 30 days.
