This is already a very common thing in GD. I have cocoached with 5 different coaches at some point, and many many others do as well. 

Thinair, if you want to find a cocoach, (or two or three) all you have to do is ask around. There are many vets who have done it and will do it again.

Is the plan to continually be at D3. Or make your move up the through the divisions. So after 4 seasons at D3 go to D2, and so on.

Interesting that you guys chose to start off in the midwest region of Wooden D3.  That's the most difficult place to recruit in any D3 world.  Are you planning on sticking around?

What's the roster of coaches for The Firm?




Mills won C-DPOY as a freshmen, pretty impressive.

Was curious how this was going. 3rd round PIT primarily with sophomores. I see the redshirting of the SR so next season they'll have 7 SR's. Good strategy.

I don't understand the crappy scheduling.

In our 4th season in D3 Wooden, we just won the National Championship.  


We've lost a few members along the way, but all of the original six were important in bringing us to this point.  The goal was to win a championship at every level, so I expect we'll move up to D2 this next job session.

Very impressive. I wasn't around when you guys started but like TrentonJoe said earlier I imagine the conversations about the team are the best part of it all. The validation is nice too though.
