I like man and zone the most because I have more control in both defenses. 

Press isn't as fun for me, you can't adapt as well to your opponents strengths. 

I coach teams with all 3 defenses, and I've definitely been most comfortable coaching a man defense, winning 3 titles at Longwood. 

Press is definitely not overly dominant, but i believe that less talented coaches can be more successful with it because it requires the least gameplanning. Hence, that's why sometimes a lot of press teams are seen in the NT.
