I apologize if this has been asked, but the teams in my division span '43-'45.  My team is '44-'45.  Can I draft a FA from 1943 or only the years my team covers?

No twisting of any players.  Non-drafted players may only come from the two year period from your selected team.

Free Agents can not come from any of the four selected teams (including your own) but can come from any other team in the 3 year period (so in your case 1943 thru 1945).
