Select a Cy Young award winner from a specific year. His entire salary is exempt. All other 24 players must be from the same season as your Cy Young winner and must come in under $80 million. No clones, no trades, no WW, no DH and you must play in the stadium that your Cy Young award winner called home.  Only one instance per year of any one pitcher.  Here is a list of all Cy Young award winners claimed thus far.
