Current MLB franchises have been ranked within their MLB league by Win-Loss% over the period 2000-2013. The 1st in the NL was matched with the last in the AL; 2nd in the NL w/ 14th in AL, etc.  Using $90M and players from 2000-2013, assemble a team from your pair of franchises.  No DH, AAA, WW, trades or clones.  Use Whatifsports park or a ballpark from your 2 franchises within the period. Maximum of 2 instances per paired franchise. Live Play limited to current series.  Standard WIS Format (i.e., 24 teams).
