I always enjoy franchise leagues leagues and wanted to get a lower cap one going for a change of pace.  In this league, we'll use the modern era from 1998 - 2013 with a 70 mil salary cap.  Each franchise should be competitive at this cap level.

Player Seasons:                           1998 - 2013 and from your selected franchise only.
AAA:                                                 6/4 Below Average:  Manually draft players from your franchise only from years 1998 -2013.
Waiver Wire, Clones, DH:           No     
Trades:                                            Yes

Franchises:                                   Only 1 use of each franchise
Number:                                         24
Home Park:                                   Must be one used by your franchise from 1998 - 2013.
Divisional Alignment:                  As close to today as possible.  Newer franchises will be moved first if necessary.
LIVE game requirements:         40.  Playoffs must be played live.
200 K players:                              All 200K players from 1998-2013 eligible to be drafted for filling roster. 
                                                         200K players not from your franchise must be sent to AAA.


I'll select my franchise after 12 have selected theirs.
