His practice plan for the last two seasons has been 30 min CONDITIONING, 25  minutes in FW and REB.   I have 1's in everything else except study hall (zero).  

I think he has a a 7 in SH the first season , I haven't had problems with his grades.

It's D3 and this guy was $110 signee.   I didn't know it at the time but ATH and REB were high high. I think that has a lot to do with his significant growth in those areas.

great thread,  i have also been tinkering with lowish WE guys, especially in a rebuild when i can start them.  i think the lowest ive gone is 17 or so,  but i just signed a gaurd with WE13 in a situation that is not really a complete rebuild.  luckily, most of our noncon is sims and i should be able to start him with no problem in something like half of the games.

based on your other thread,  i feel like WE1 guys are very limited in thier use and really cant be counted on to have any significant growth.  right now,  i dont see myself taking any single digit WE guys,  but id be kinda interested to see a 7 or 8 as compared to a 1 and as compared to a 13.

i think the big key is having a player with high (preferrably highhigh) potential in 3 practice areas.  and being able to put 25+ minutes into those areas.   my guy is a gaurd with great sp ath (41-77) and blue in both.  poor de (25) but blue,  decent stamina (black69)  very good bh (black67), and poor but blue pa (35),  and he is a great ft shooter but red.   so nearly all the minutes will go to conditioning, defense, and passing,with just a little toward bh.       for me, the idea of a 60ath-95sp guy in d3 was just too much to pass up.    makes me wish this was a fb pr team, but i think he will do ok in any system
