I did not..mainly cuz the police came and said if we didn't get off the wall we were going to jail. Good thing cuz the atlantic came right over the wall a few hours later when the surge hit. You stand on the wall and lean forward and let storm hold you up...it's called 'ride'n the storm". btw I wasn't alone, we all do it in new england when ever a hurricane hits.
