Officially due to the weather, psap wins on the first tiebreaker.

psap has until 8 p.m. EST to change his nominations, and then there will be voting until tomorrow at noon. I will be out of town all weekend. So, in this case, I will put up the HoH competition before I leave, but stevedotdec will be scoring it.
