What happens if a team is over and under by the same amount, IE

Team A has 12 assists and Team B has 10 assists, are they both 0 seconds?

Shoot... Wasn't expecting Retic to blow up for 6 assists. That's 15 for us. At least no one went assist-less. Plus we were bailed out by Team LC selecting two players who didn't even play tonight.
