We have 5 4 3 1 opening left this season. 

We have a gentle minimum win requirement (110 wins over 2 seasons, 170 over 3), and we do not allow personal attacks on the chat board. We also require owners to have a minimum of 3 current, consecutive seasons in a single world, OR a strong record of commitment and success at another dynasty game such as HD or GD. We reserve the right not to admit people who meet these requirements, for whatever reason.

Available teams:

AL North: Taken 1/1.

AL East: Taken 12/22.

AL West: Taken 1/4.

NL North: Taken 1/4.

NL East: Perennial playoff team missed by a game this season.  Has kept their (admittedly, mid-20s) first-round draft picks from the last 3 seasons.  They were old, but all the really old guys' contracts expire this season except one, so some money is cleared for selective FA signing.  Probably best played in win-now mode.

The NL East team looks to be in a pretty good spot.  Two teams in the division are rebuilding.  The division winner should still be the favorite, but does have some good players  that are into their 30s.
