I'd expect to see it at 20 after 75 starts. It'll be interesting to see where a single digit can end up with starts.

Thanks.. would expect a 1WE guy can increase his green attributes 7-11 points if starting entire career. My guy has greens in spd/def/reb/bh/stm. I will share how much he grows..

I would punt BH.

If you go 20 minutes in COND/DEF/REB and 7's in the non RED's, 3's in LP/PER and 1's in the RED's you should see some solid growth without any loss.

Really interesting experiment as always, Joe. What stands out to me is the 6-pt drop in STA, despite you putting 20 mins into conditioning. What that tells me is 1-WE guys are almost unplayable for press or FB teams (especially teams that run both), because they'll keep back-sliding on STA to the point where you won't be able to get meaningful mins out of them. But if you run other O/D, it could work fine, assuming their cores are strong to begin with.

Yeah, you never make up what they lose in stamina over the off season.

I signed this guy recently on my D1 team:

He's a JUCO career backup and he was like my 4th or 5th option. The IQ in this case is my main concern.

For sure! I totally agreed with what you said. I think people don't really think about ST that way and it can hold their team back.
