OK, time for one more run through guys.  

Each team must draft ONE QB, ONE RB, TWO WR's, ONE TE, ONE Defense, and ONE Offensive line.  That equals seven right?

The eighth drafted player can be ANY skill position:  QB, RB, WR or TE.  

That "flex" player can be drafted in ANY round.  

So, a team may draft TWO QB's, or TWO rub's or THREE WR's or TWO TE's if they see fit.  You CANNOT draft THREE RB's, FOUR WR's or THREE QB's or TE's
