I don't think any coach worth a damn will throw away a game they've spend 100+ hours or so gameplanning/practicing for because of their matchup in the playoffs. These coaches have the mentality they can beat anyone, anywhere. And if the don't have that mentality they shouldn't be coaching.

Harbaugh is 3-0 vs GB as it is.

If Philly knocks out NO next week, SF still gets Seattle in Round 2.
