DIII - Illinois - 80.7

S83 - 16-1 (Lost in quarterfinals)
S82 17-1 (Lost in semifinals)
S81 15-2 (Lost in quarterfinals)
S80 11-4 (Lost in 1st round)

Season 85 recruiting just concluded

DIII - Warner - Illinois - Vision score = 80.98

S84 - 15-1 (Lost in 2nd round)
S83 - 16-1 (Lost in quarterfinals)
S82 17-1 (Lost in semifinals)
S81 15-2 (Lost in quarterfinals)

I picked up the worst team in D3 Rockne for a turnaround challenge.  The first recruiting cycle, following an 0-13 season, was 76.91.  Went 2-11 last season, and vision was identical - 76.91.  So I think this must be the absolute floor on vision in D3.

This helps confirm what we already assumed. For this last season in D2, I scheduled 5 patsies for OOC and ended up 7-6 which was more wins than the previous 3 seasons combined.  My WIS ranking was still horrible though, 133.  However, my vision score got a noticeable bump up to 92.58.

7-6 - 92.58
2-11 - 90.85
3-10 - 91.85
1-12 ?
8-7 ?
