This is pretty awesome.  How do you calculate PER and PPP? 

I am using the formula described here for PER: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Player_efficiency_rating

The PER formula is too complex for me to understand and check my work, but I was able to copy and paste the formula into my code and I think it is right 

PPP is points per possession which is a lot simpler, just the points divided by the number of possessions.  I found something on the internet that explained how to determine the number of possessions based on the stats.

I thought about calculating each of these stats for my team a while back, but it always seemed too tedious to pull the necessary information and/or too complicated to run the numbers.  Good job finding a way! 

Wow.  Millsaps was 251 on PPP Offense…. 25 on Defense.

for those wishing for more offense... you dont need a coordinator,  you just need two things:
1) Alfred "The Butler" Considene
2) 150 SOS

the only problem with that , i guess, is good luck finding another Considene.
