Choose any 2 teams from 1940 to 1969.  Use only players from those 2 years to make a world series champion.  The team/year is exclusive to one owner.  No trades, no ww, no prospects, no clones, and no dh.  You must play in one of team's ballparks.  The league is 16 team unless there is a lot of interest.  Then I would consider going to 24.  Random alignment after rosters are checked.  Cap is 90 million.  FULL  No teams are saved.  First teams entered legally will get spots/team.  I can't save teams for you.
