napolean, nice to have you in the league - been a long time since we were in a league together. Sorry it is under the circumstances, but this is a great idea and gives us a moment as a "community" here.

Phatt Katt told me a while back that to win a championship it would be a good idea to use the 1910 Russ Ford. Well I won my first championship earlier today with Russ Ford winning the clincher and also going 29-6 throughout the regular season with a 2.42 era. For that I will name my squad Ford's Katts.

Counting the responses from the main SLB forum page and those that responded to the Theme League Classified page there are 25...there is one responder to the SLB main forum page that merely responded to the ongoing discussions, adding some input, without leaving mention of his intention to join the league...so maybe only 24

The two owners on the waitlist are noted. Since we have the luxury of a waitlist, we also have the luxury to insist on starting soon. Lets shoot for Monday Jan 27. If anyone can't enter by then please let me know. I'd be more likely to be patient with good communication.

And please don't forget to name your team something that is Pfattkatt themed. I'm not going to "make" you or anything, but you might feel dumb if you're the only one with "Kingdome Ballbusters" while everyone else has "RIP Karl We love you"

No, but I'd be happy to use violence against the top three teams in each league to tax them five wins, and redistribute three wins each to the bottom three teams. If I'm not mistaken, that creates jobs or something.
