What is the medical bug?
You have to have a high amount budgeted for medical for it  to work I think.  Essentially, you can put a player with a minor injury on the 60 day DL, and in exchange for losing their services on the team, whatever points they lost to the injury are "paid back", and then some.

This is about right, except I'd add a huge "SOMETIMES" is the final sentence.

It's not an automatic boost; there are times where the guy ends up sitting on the 60-day DL and never gets any boost at all.

agreed on the sometimes, there have been times that I have lost the guys season while they sit on the DL and dont get thier ratings back, it is a risk, but can be worthwhile.
