No, you must select one of your franchises ballparks (1969-2013).  It's part of the draft.

Drafting Rules
Once four people sign up for a franchise, I will post the draft order and then they can start drafting.  The draft will be a 26-round draft (including a ballpark used by your franchise).  If there are fewer than 4 ballpark choices, then each ballpark can be used at most twice.  If there is only one ballpark (i.e., Fenway Park), well there's your 26th round pick.  Renamed parks with the same dimensions count as a single park.  Once a player is selected, all versions of that player are off the board for the other three drafters.  The drafter does NOT have to specify which season of the drafted player he is using until he submits his roster.

I'm assuming that if there are 3 ballparks available and someone picks the same ballpark twice before the others, then the other two owners must pick both the other two ballparks (and can't double up as well).

1 ballpark available = each of the 4 owners plays in that ballpark
2 ballparks available = 2 owners per available ballpark
3 ballparks available = 1 ballpark used by 2 owners, other 2 ballparks used by the other two owners
4 or more ballparks available = each owner uses an unique ballpark

I suggest maybe listing in each franchise draft thread, a list of available ballparks to make it clear.
